- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆0 STARS, Because my son and his fiancee are having their wedding at another venue, William Bay refused to rent any cottages for any of the wedding party or guests. We wanted to rent 3 to start with. We were told unless we reserve the entire place for $7000 none of us can stay there. The excuse - getting ready for a wedding may upset or disturb other guests...............Really?????? Who is ever upset or disturbed by love you greedy so and so's. Myself the entire guest list and anyone else I can tell will NEVER entertain the thought of staying at your venue EVER AGAIN!!!!!
